Smart Lock Hardware Requirements
To enable automated 2-tier PIN generation, your property must utilize a Seam-compatible front door access system (such as 2N or ButterflyMX) paired with a Seam-compatible smart lock on individual suite doors.
Create your owner account with your mobile number (required for A2P SMS alerts), then subscribe to Elysium Base.
Account + payment method on file. You are not charged until Step 4.
Install a Seam-compatible lock on your suite door. Use the Hardware Concierge if you need help choosing hardware.
Required to publish — live Seam connection test must pass.
Designate who verifies checkouts and turns over your suite after each booking. You may assign yourself.
Required to publish — invite a cleaner or select yourself.
Add suite details, pricing, and Seam device IDs, then turn on Publish to go live on the marketplace.
Publishing triggers your first platform subscription charge.
